JS Online Projections Cheet Sheet
 

Its BAAAAAAACK.

I've taken the time to update my online version of player projections. Its an interactive excel worksheet that contains each player sorted by teams. In the orange color is the per season projections, in the green is the per game projections. The per game projections can get sort of weird, with some projections of 0.12 per game, etc. But you can get the general point.

It has been updated as of today Jan 6th, 2008. I've updated the NHL, NBA, and PGA. Did not update the NFL stats since there are only a handful of games left.

I've updated the online projections once again as of this afternoon.

PGA, NHL, and NBA are updated in full. For the NFL, since we're almost done, I only updated the teams that are left.

nevermind, for some reason the formatting is bad. Give me some time to figure it out.

You might wanna download Projinator or ProjinatorLite (links in the forum news area)....it wouldn't help your formatting, but would help you keep players on the right teams....

So now that I'm back playing again...looks like I need to update this.

Why? Because I use it. And maybe others will find use in it as well. Even if you don't use it, doesnt mean that others don't.

I'm not going to try and defend it, because obviously you already have a preset opinion on it and it's not worth my time.

you bring up a good point. You put together the delta's every week. To me, I could care less about those. They mean nothing to me. Why people see interest in them is beyond me. However, I don't go in there and tell you that your work is useless or question why you do it. You know why? Because I respect the fact that others may use it and see value in it. Just because I don't, doesnt give me the right to go in there and say your work sucks. You spent your time in putting it together, just like I spend my time putting mine together.

Why you are getting so bent out of shape with name calling, etc, over something that you don't use and aren't forced to use is beyond me.

Yep delta is crap... but it is done automatically...xl opens, finds leader boards does calcs n closes... I only post it..... take me a minute when I can be bothered...

Your thingy could be so much more... you could add links... why do half a job... can update auto... heaps more....

you're right, it could be more. But in all honesty I don't have the time or the need to. It's perfect for what I use it for...and then for kicks, I share it with anyone that may want to use it as well.


For anyone who cares, MLB, NASCAR, and PGA have all been updated. Hopefully sometime this weekend I can get the rest updated (Once Orren updates NFL!)

Not really...I work from 2-10p and have time to parouse the box scores at the end of my shift and then when I get home. I've just been on a hot streak as of late picking the highest divis. There have been a few mornings in which I thought I'd fall, but haven't.

And again...i want to re-iterate this...this spreadsheet online thing is for ME. I just happen to have it in a public location so that others may use it if they wish. I don't NEED or WANT to do anything else to it.

Personally, I DO MISS THE DELTA!!!! I have never been anything close to being an expert with EXCEL. I LIKED being able to tell if I was gaining on someone ahead of me......better yet to see if someone behind me was gaining on me!!! It has been a long time since I have played regularly. Easy to see with my TV port now sitting at 40. I really missed Polar's posts. I would always use my version of an Autralian accent when I read them. I really hope someone does start posting the Delta again!! Also, I still have absolutely no clue how people who post the daily divi listing do that. I am asking again for someone to please explain/teach me.
