TV on PC

anyone have any knowledge or experience re: this product? It is a program you can pay $67.00 for and D/L off the net and get over 3000 TV channels on your PC.

This just sounds like its to good to be true... and Grampa always said.. If it sounds to good to be true.. Then its not true..
