Mayakoba Golf Classic
 
As Rich mentioned in his post, there are 2 tournies this week. The WGC Match Play tourney wont be divi'ed here, however should interesting to watch since some guy named Tiger is going to play in it.

The Mayakoba is taking place at the par 70 El Camaleon Golf Club in Cancun Mexico. With the other tourney, obviously this field has many of the lesser names in it. Brian Gay is the defending champ and the winner's share is $630,000.

Thanks Mark. Regarding the WGC....my guarded prediction is that Tiger will win it all. I'd be willing to bet a lung that he'd never come back until he was absolutely in game shape to win. That being said.........

The Puerto Rico Open is also $630,000. However the lowest is the Reno-Tahoe Open at $540,000 (that takes place the same week as the WGC at Bridgestone). The next lowest after these tourneys is the Viking Classic (in the fall season) at $648,000.
