New sprint cup package

WTF are the hierarchy thinking? To put this new package into effect with very little track time on a track like Kentucky is absolutely insane. smaller splitter....larger radiator pan....smaller rear spoiler (creating less downforce) .............why not wait until the season is over? This is really stupid....and I guarantee it's going to be a mess on a tricky track like the one they're on this weekend.
