Microsoft Excel ?
Is there a way to make colors show up when it reaches a certain number. For example. If it hits 2% it will turn to green. if it hits 6% it will turn red. Is there a formula I can write to do this? If so could ya show me. Thank you

I think you can do that with the conditional formatting option.
I have Excel 2007 and there is a conditional formatting button on the main bar, select that and you then can select the conditions and the colors you would like the cell(s) to change when the value changes. |
Thank you soooo much. That was huge.

Conditional formatting has its uses for sure (my Projinator file has a ton of it)....just be forewarned, what's done in 2007 is not all compatible in 2003 (or at least I think that's part of what 2003 users don't see in my Projinator)

well ----. I have 2003. No wonder why your formulas are off.

my formulas are off? where?
Projinator is saved in 2003 formed...so it's just some features that may not work, not anything that should be incorrect |
