So, am I seeing correctly that we'll have 3 Sunday races, but also 2 Wednesday races yet this month? But only qualifying for one of the races (not sure if we should be diviing the others in part because I don't know when or how lineups will be set)

I am of the opinion that we probably should (for now) divi only weekend races.

probably, in their grand scheme.

I guess I'm not following the logic. We divi official stats for each league we cover, so why wouldn't we divi all official races? I mean, it would be easier for me not to, fewer stats and all...but that's never stopped me before.

They are all official races. If you feel they should all divi the they should all divi. My thoughts were merely to make it easier for players. I have no problem with whatever you want to do.

Well I'm for whatever you guys would prefer to do. I'm nothing if not flexible...well not physically, I can barely touch my toes anymore..

I just know I'd be doing stats regardless, so they're in the database for ytd/projections...but that in itself wouldn't require they be in the database to divi.

Don't you have to be able to see your toes to be able to touch them?

I don't care how you handle the Wednesday races.

One comment, top 5 qualifier very unimportant. Often a couple of them have commission higher than divi.

Top 5 quals are much more important than you think.

I say divi them all, nothing else going in the sports world.

It's important to know when not to buy if you don't own already unless you buy early and get the bump from the other buys.
When we had a lot of players quite a few early buyers could profit. Not sure we have enough players left for the buying bump to make up commission > divi.

Not sure how many play now since I quit nascar comp long time ago.
Too many races end at a bad time for me.
Buys on race day pretty black and white and if you can be quickest first few races, by law of compounding, if you among the fastest to buy in the first few weeks, each week you have a few more dollars to spend.

I played for a few years because I was in a Nascar fantasy money league so tried really hard to watch end of races. That league broke up though.

so, I'd agree on diviing all races....question is top 5 quals, given most are by draw? I don't know if there's specific days they're drawing...this week it was Thursday night. But if they're draws should we even divi? Otherwise the only actual qual is for the coca cola 600.

I'm good with whatever. My wants to divi quals/draws was just for more action in the NASCAR only comp.

Because IMO it is the easiest to compete in, I have had to use different strategies..........;)
