A person is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.
I'm not sure he could implicate himself more with a confession.
The obstruction charge will stand, for sure!

Don't forget....the Pats have Jake Ballard and Daniel Fells (both proven NFL TE's, as opposed to Tebow) to go with Gronk and 3 other TE's on their roster.

Bail is denied after an appeal attempt this afternoon.

Prosecution came out with a timeline of events based on cell phone and video evidence...I'm thinking it will only be a matter of time before all those involved begin to turn on each other....
