I find myself very impressed with you Orren for what I can only imagine is the amount of work you've done to keep this little miracle purring, particularly as sports sites get less user friendly by the month. I'm not sure how long my stay will be, but I am willing to assist with stats chores while I'm here (if needed).

The rest of you: HELLO! congrats to you guys for having great staying power! It is a very cool site and concept.

Hi!
Yes, I keep stubbornly plugging along. Recently, I once again thought I had new working partners- an ad network in NYC who'd work to recode the entire site in exchange for ownership (less than 50%).....was all a go right up to them setting up new forums (BADLY needed) as a way to kick things off.........then suddenly the top guy thought I was being too aggressive (gee, does it really take 2 weeks to sign and date an NDA so we can give you access?) and.....another partner gone.

Thing is, I don't even know if members here KNOW my full concept...because this was only to be the beginning all those years ago. Leagues, spin-off games, individual profile pages, individual sports pages...not awake enough to remember it all.

Yes, querying for stats is an ongoing battle, but I'm 'fairly' stable these days. The one time it gets to be a pain is when I make my annual trip to spend Christmas with my brother in Honolulu...and have to wake up at 3am local time to do Sunday football stats because they don't update until at least 7am eastern. Non-Sunday games I just do manually while I'm there.
