this is something the government here does very well and has for many years now.
IMO: Impact on the game will be minimal....having some action on this end tends to attract more interest so i would expect a slight uptick in viewer ratings...thereby making the franchises worth a little more....double??...nah.
can buy lotto/sportselect at any lottery terminal which is at every convenience store and/or gas station.
