Fines for individuals are meaningless. Last time Bellicheat got a 500,000 fine the Pats gave him over a million raise.
People say everyone in fb cheats so look the other way. Look at the road baseroids went with that philosophy.
I say lose 1st three rounds draft picks and put restrictions on their free agent signings.
