Star Trek

I found about 5 things they did wrong with the movie (having grown up first watching TNG religiously than working my way back to the original), however there's about 1000 things JJ Abrams and crew did right (having mixed feelings on his work, loving Alias before it tailed off the last couple seasons, and currently Fringe is one of my fave shows; but am one of the few who loathed Lost from the get go). And 2 non-spoiler spoilers for those who havent seen it yet: 1) a guy in a red suit will die 2) Kirk will hook up with a green alien lady
It is very much an action movie with little in character devolpment, and Im sure it'll piss off the hardcore trekkies but for everyone else its your usual 2 hour summer blockbuster movie.
