after more intense searching...I read that coconut oil actually was thought to be a possible cure as far back as the 90's. The resistance to it was based on the belief that coconut oil was badly related to cholesterol problems. Since then it has been proven to aid in HDL(good) and not LDL(bad). Point being that I titled this thread "importan new information...........". Not so new as it turns out. IMHO the public should be made more aware of the benefits.......

I watched and am amazed!
It would have to be coconut oil.  Not a big fan of coconut at all....but for what its worth, I guess I can learn to like it.

gingko biloba is now being used by some doctors for this as well....something I, believe it or not, started suggesting to people in the early 90s when I ran a GNC
gingko works to make blood vessels more supple making for better blood flow...especially to the extremities.........so it'd help with leg circulation but the brain is also an extremity......better blood flow means better function

Nachos are just tacos that don't have their s_it together. I'm not adding this year to my age because I really didn't use it. Ever notice that extra fries and exercise sound a lot alike?
