Quarterly Comp Question

Does the qrtly end @ noon today?

The reason I ask is that the LB gets updated at noon. Which means that any purchases today will attract moo less commish, but no LB recognized dividends in the morning because of a lack of a LB update. While a person could hurt their yearly by not fully investing, they could help their qrtly.

Competitions end post div/preautosell on the 1st of the month....I've been forgetting to talk to Nick about the lack of a lb update at divi time....but will about tomorrow's update to close the comp.
