BASEBALL! ....we think
OK, so SUPPOSEDLY there's an agreement to start a 60 game season on July 24, 'spring' training starting next week.......it'll be baseball, but it'll be odd, too.....
For one, with only 60 games and a desire to limit travel, I believe East teams will ONLY play East teams, West only West, Central only Central.....universal DH, extra innings start with a runner on 2nd, some expansion of rosters, separate COVID 'IR'.... .......but then we thought/think? NBA and NHL will restart, too....I've lost track, did Kyrie Irving get that new league started yet?

Any sports are better than no sports at all. We may all look back at 2020 as "weird times", but I think we'll enjoy and cherish the shortened seasons we do have.

Tho it's going to be weird to see our teams play 2/3 of their games against their division and the other 1/3 against their interleague 'rivals'......then hit the playoffs.
But what's another weird thrown in? Speaking of....what kind of weird will we see within the season? Will we have a .400 hitter for example? And how should that be historically viewed? In the NBA or NHL, will we see a champion crowned that was simply better able to stay away from positive COVID tests? How much will the discussion about all this change if, say, LeBron and Unibrow miss time due to being quarantined? Then virtually nothing said if it's another team that loses stars in the middle of it all?
