with hockey season being done and nba coming soon (but for playoffs) it would be great if players from teams not playoff bound and then eliminated from playoffs could be indicated by shading, colors or ?? to help in selling the non splitters until next season if that is your desire.

if this is a big deal pls forget it but would save all kinds of time from doing it manually

not trying to be confrontational here bob but.....one has to be willing to do SOME of the work to maintain their ports no? It's been made REAL easy for us by having the stocks team now listed right next to their symbol. It made it real easy for me to sell the non playoff teams. Just make a list of the teams NOT in the playoffs and then go down your port and check all those to be sold.......easy!

Even easier for me was to sort my TV port by team since the new column is there and pick off the non-splitters (who are not shaded) and sell them off (maybe that's what you did too, Rich). I then counted the teams remaining in the non-shaded picks and there were 16 different playoff teams!!! Also, with market 2, sort the players by teams and you can see who you've got on each of the playoff (or non-playoff) teams. That's why I asked for that from Nick as it made it so much quicker to dump them. I was even able to sell off the non-playoff teams who finished on Saturday (10 teams) on Sunday morning. The other 4 who finished yesterday went this morning. I can deal with a little bit smaller print for the time savings I got during the weekend. to the Nickmeister!

Any way to do different shadings for long term and short term holdings?

I did my non splits as mentioned above, but it would help doing different market sorts- especially when looking at sells in general.

I'm not asking for team status, only port placement. It's different than the first request in the thread...

It would be solid info.

i asked a simple question not knowing the matter had already been taken care of and was subjected to the reply shown from our our resident "know it all".

knowing that is his usual m.o. it didn't deter me but could easily cause others to back off!!
