Parrot I was kidding. Joking that anyone who prefers another anthem over ours has to be a communist. Sheila just likes to stir the pot. Sheila is a bitter person who follows me with a thesaurus.

Personally I think America The Beautiful would make a better anthem.

Yikes! That's a lot of crap in your system! But man, what I wouldn't give to be able to take some cold meds right now. Had a cold and flu off and on for a month.

I agree! I think the SSB describes a moment during war. So I much rather have ATB as you stated.

Did I mention any needles?

nah, just some basic nutritional knowledge.

Vitamin C is a natural antibiotic...which is why fruits and juices help combat a cold. Vitamin A works to balance your fluids, which is why it helps dry up your sniffles. Vitamin B6 and B12 are generally what's lacking when you're low on energy. A body under stress (as any body is when fighting a virus) eats up extra doses of especially C and Bs which is why higher than normal doses are needed just to combat that. Smoking also eats up C and Bs....which I guess indicates that smokers are placing their body under stress just by lighting up.

The quickest, easiest health tip anyone could do to better themselves is to simply drink more pure water....not liquids, water.

I know a lot more about nutrition than I practice! lol

Does water with hops and malt count? On a serious note I take a B multi vitamin daily and it has helped alleviate my migraine headaches.
