Google Chrome
Look into it.
First impressions, Chrome > Firefox, for load times and JavaScript handling. I am loving the idea of the multiple processes. Bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, I'm loving it. Nick |

Hey,
Started using it yesterday. Seems solid. Did have one page crash and it only closed the one tab. No status bar that I can find. Have not figured out how to bring new tabs to the front. Still have give it a so far. Addition If I clear the history from a blank tab page, it logs me out of any page I was logged into. Addition Can't get just a blank tab without all of the History listed. |

The status bar only shows the URL of the hyperlink, and it only shows it when you hover over a link.
EDIT: The load status can be found on the tab that you are loading, similar to IE7. The tab-in-front thing, just simply click any link. Do not hold down ctrl and do not middle mouse-click. Nick |

I just like the physical status bar at the bottom of all of my windows. Personal preference. If I right click and have a link open in another tab it does not come to the front. There are options in Firefox and IE to make that happen. Ahh Change. Aint it grand? |

Hey,
I appreciate that info. I'm not giving up using it because there are some weird things that are different for me. I'm sure that changes and upgrades will be made to improve it even more. |

I've been using it since yesterday and it seems really nice...so far...which is like IE and Firefox and then when you start adding the extensions is when they start bogging down...we'll see how this one holds up...
But definitely fast...and I like it's 'lean' look and if you like to surf a lot of sites throughout the day Chrome's quickness is noticeable... |
