Angels two-way wonder Shohei Ohtani was selected as a batter and as a pitcher for the second straight season. No one in MLB history has done that even once. He'll be the AL's starting DH.

He's so amazing, not only because he's versatile enough to play two divergent positions (pitcher and outfielder) at the Major League level, but because he's able to be dominant in both roles.
It would be comparable to a star NFL QB also playing dominant defense as a safety. Totally unthinkable.
