not done....but from what I'm reading, only a physical would prevent it at this point
and it appears Lackey will sign in Boston, Matsui with the Angels ....but, none of it official quite yet http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/1...Lee-to-Seattle Fox says it's all but done........Brandon Morrow from Seattle to Toronto the only other JSer involved in the Halladay/Lee deal

yeah, this deal has been changing semi-hourly all night.....I've seen about 10 different versions of this deal put out there as 'we think it might end up being'..........and it STILL ain't done.
a lil surprised, tho......in a time where players walk away unless they get long contracts offered, Halladay wants to pitch in Philly bad enough that he took a 3 year extension........'course it's at $20mil per (that is when the deal is official...)

the latest iteration of the deal is:
* The Phillies get Roy Halladay, who will take a physical today, according to Ed Price, and $6MM from the Jays. They also get Phillippe Aumont, Tyson Gillies and Juan Ramirez from the M's. (Ryan Divish of the Tacoma News Tribune confirmed that Ramirez is headed to Philly.) * Halladay will also agree to a three-year extension that will pay him about $20MM annually through 2013, according to Stark. The extension won't affect his 2010 salary ($15.75MM) and will include a vesting option. * The Mariners get Cliff Lee from the Phils and they could be getting more. * The Blue Jays get pitcher Kyle Drabek, outfielder Michael Taylor and catcher Travis D'Arnaud from the Phils. ...still meaning only the 2 JSers changing hands, but some serious minor league talent...namely the Phillies giving up their #1 prospect but getting the Mariners' This isn't a 3 team trade, tho....it's 2 separate trades (since nothing from Seattle ends up in Toronto)
