Default Quran Burning

I'm sure most already know about the planned Quran Burning that is to take place this Saturday (9/11).

Why don't they just do what they really want too and that is have a mosque burning party...and they are calling the other churches cowardly...that would show them!

Religious intolerance ... bleah...

the worst part is there really are folks out there who believe these jackasses are justified!!! how repulsive is that?

The acts and mindsets of one church should not be viewed as the mindset of Christian churches in general. There are extremists in any group you can name.

and thankfully many of those other churches have come out and at least said the right words.

but let's face it there are many who believe that all other faiths are secondary to their own and while they would kick and scream if we dare to take the words "under god" our of a pledge to nation, or remove a hollywood publicity stunt from our courthouses, they would bite their tongues and even sympathize with jackasses like these from florida as long as it's another "false" faith being questioned.

i'm half tempted to write this church and ask if they'd be willing to team up for a Bible burning given the violent history of both Judaism and Christianity but somehow I doubt they'd even be big enough to acknowledge the truth to themselves let alone bother with a response.

And no not because I have any issue with either Judaism or Christianity, just have issues with folks who live in glass houses and love tossing stones (read as hypocrites)
