EP Byron Nelson Championship
The mini-Texas swing (as if there's anything mini in Texas!) continues this week as the Byron Nelson hits the par 70 TPC Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas in Irving Texas, which is right next to Dallas. For years (since 1968 in fact) it was the only tournament named after a player until the Arnold Palmer Invitational came about a couple years ago. This tournament is noted for being the one where Tiger's streak of 142 cuts made was ended back in 2005. SCOAD is the defending champ, and the winner's share is $1,170,000.
