Hey

This link should get you to the Edit Profile area, and in there in the big boxes to the right, 2nd down, there is a box that says "custom user title"

Enter what you like there, and do not reset it unless you'd like to some time in the future.

Click "save changes" at the bottom of the page and... enjoy

Nope. Don't have a "custom user title" option.
