Jock$tocks 5th Anniversary Logo Design

Orren has agreed to allow folks to submit drawing / graphics to be considered for the 5th Anniversary Logo here at Jock$tocks.

As mentioned on the old boards, come up with the winning idea for the logo and win Jockbucks, and he is also willing to cut you in on the profits if you'd like (or count it as a monetary donation if you choose) on T-Shirt / apparel sales stemming from it.

The window for submissions is relatively small. PLEASE submit before the end of the month. Look for an announcement in April on the final selection process.

No limits on the file size / shape / colors, other than what yahoo will allow. You should know the colors on the new forum may give you a good idea of where to start, pallet wise. The winning file is what we are looking to submit to the apparel manufacturer.

Any questions, just ask.

I hope everyone submits at least one. It may not happen, but the more the merrier. You may send as many different designs as you like.

The reason the designs are being collected away from the boards is so that the final selection may more easily be based on the design itself, and not so much on who submitted it.

I only have the responsibility of soliciting logos, and fielding them and questions about them.

Only took it to facilitate it happening.

Every element was done specifically to be inclusive, as opposed to being exclusive.

Not directed at anyone here. Why cant people stay on topic and stop tryin to re-hash old crap or correct every1. I am not going to throw around names or mention a phantom clique people here throw around....But it does appear to be a handfull of people that go around to posts just to correct people's opinions with their own or preach for no apparent reason. Can we please take these beefs to the Private Messaging service that they so kindly gave us?

Just asking people to refrain from spewing the venom here. Take it to PMs and spew away. That way with a bit of humility people can work things out and not feel the need to stick up for themselves.

but why not send a PM to them asking them to do that. By you replying on the boards, all you are doing is continuing the venom spewing...
