Bringing back the Achi-Divi
I know there has been some controversy on what would qualify and what would not. I took the time to make... well a rather large list of things that could/should/might deserve one. Perhaps with a list it would be more cut and dry. There is also the idea of perhaps a Anti Achi-Divi
Baseball: 3HR game Cycle No Hitter/ Perfect game 15+ strikeouts Golden sombrero Basketball: Tripple Double 50+ point game 25+ Rebound game Football: 500 yards passing 3 touchdowns(Recieving or rushing, possibly 4) 200 yards recieving/rushing 5 touchdown pass's 3 sacks, possibly 4 2 defensive touchdown 3 interceptions/3 forced fumble(possibly 2 FF) 2 safeties 5 Fieldgoals 4 Interceptions 3 Fumbles Hockey: 4 goals/4 assists 6 points(possibly 7) 2 PP goals/2 SH goals 6 Goals allowed(possibly 7 or 8) Nascar: Back to back wins Back to back DNF(possibly 3) Golf: Score below 62 Score above 79 The list definitly isnt perfect but its food for thought. I would also add to the list obvious things like MVP, Cy Young, 6th man, rookie of the year ect... I would also say anything major thats a sport record. IE: most HR's, tripples, points, touchdowns, wins ect. The list way be a HUGE list but in reality very few of these things are done more then once or twice a year with a few exceptions that may need to be removed/ treeked 99% of the above could be coded into the divi script for both bumps and bigger -/divis, so yes it would require some coding but honostly the achi-divi is one thing ive kinda missed.

The largest problem from my end re achidivis.......is the fact that setting them is a manual thing...not even sure how to make them otherwise.
Some stats related ones could potentially be auto....but not all...and not award related ones. Remember...the last straw for me before was when I 'forgot' (read missed) one and some comments made at the time didn't sit well with me.....

I'm pretty confident my last words will be 'well crap, that didn't work'. Of all the things I've lost over the years, I think I miss my metabolism most of all. Nachos are just tacos that don't have their s_it together. I'm not adding this year to my age because I really didn't use it. Ever notice that extra fries and exercise sound a lot alike?

while I miss them as well, it is a can of worms that does not need to be opened. There were some downright inexcusable accusations that were made and it was nauseating

after more thought...it seems to me our dividends are based on projections. Ergo...five goals, field goals or ten home runs already gets an enormous dividend...based on what they would normally average.
So does anyone see my point? Am I missing what itsanewday is suggesting? Emmitts...I believe, are record breakers and/or awards...these I miss!
