Why is this administration, in the face of being broke, spending millions and millions of taxpayer's dollars on flying deported illegals back to their countries? Why not march them back to the border and let them go home the way they came here?

IMO, laws telling people where they can and can't go are the problem. Free men and women, should be allowed to move around as they see fit, without interference from any government agency or regulations.

Edited to add: And without having to ask permission: I.E Passports.

as long as they do not become a burden to the society that they move to.....they cost us TAXPAYERS billions of $$$$$$$ yearly. Not acceptable.

That's more of an issue with the tax code than with the immigration policy, imo.

Get rid of income and payroll taxes, institute a flat sales tax and now even the illegals will be getting taxed and paying their fair share.

/agree 100%.......and that would solve more than just this issue

I'm not disagreeing here....but if you placed that much emphasis on a sales tax alone, here's what happens- bartering becomes a huge way of transacting business and a whole new set of policies and policing has to happen and again with the likelihood that those in power push for things that benefit them over the rest of us.

Now, placing MORE emphasis on sales tax I can see. It just amazes me that, to this day, the state of Oregon STILL does not have one...and it's not like they don't draw a lot of sales from tourism.

Oh, and as far as flying illegals back?
A sickening part of this is.....illegals around here quite often simply cash their paychecks, send much of it back to family back home, but always operating with the mindset that if they're caught and deported...it's a free ride home- they get a few free meals while waiting and don't have to spend a dime to make the 1500 mile trek back across the border.

IMO, I see that as a problem of the governments incessant need to redistribute the wealth in this country. It's not just the immigrants, legal and otherwise, who are benefiting from this.

our government redistributes wealth, alright....it saps all it can from the middle class, redistributes the bulk of it to themselves, then tries to make themselves look good by throwing some of it back to the newly-created-former-middle-class lower class

Do we really have any "Native Americans"? It is my understanding that they migrated over a land bridge between what is now Alaska and Siberia centuries ago.

interesting question....but more appear to have COME here over that land bridge than left...and there were certainly many living here when Columbus first arrived.........so I guess, define native!

The Zuni language in New Mexico is believed to go back some 7,000 years. The Navajo in your area go back to at least the 1400s
