Virgin Festival
Since we have many folks along the eastern part of the U.S....
Anyone going to the Virgin Festival at Pimlico Raceway, August 8th and 9th? They have a billboard not far from where I live, along I-95 in Philly, and I got curious & looked it up. Now, I have a few friends interested in going. Even though the $175 two day pass may seem steep, the tickets to see the Police alone are going for about that much at other venues. Kinda' looking at it like we're getting the Smashing Pumpkins, Incubus, Velvet Revolver, Beastie Boys, and the rest for free. In our early planning, looks like we'll be camping at Ramblin' Pines both Friday and Saturday night, then taking the Metro to the show, like they're suggesting on their site.
