Wyndham Championship
First off, Id like to publicly thank P for covering for me on this while I was down on the gulf coast for my brother's wedding.
The Wyndham Championship, known once upon a time as the Greater Greensboro Open, is the last tourney before we hit the playoffs next week. It takes place at the par 70 Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro NC. This tourney is noted in that Sam Snead won this tourney 8 times, including one in '65 when he was 52 years old and 10 months, both of which are still PGA records. So are golf and NASCAR the only two that have big events that is not at the end of the season.
