Topic for fierce debate.

Perfect game only gets second according to daily divis.

Fierce topic of debate number two.

Only eighth for an ace.

Yup, a perfect game you could debate....might've given the Unit more for his a couple years ago...........but I'll remind anyone, too, that we have no projections for no hitters or perfect games so it's a manual bump on my end.

....tho 19% is nothing to sneeze at and Durant did have a very nice round plus the ace

Lonard, however....only had 1 birdie besides the ace

And yes, Mark...it's bad enough the rest of the pen needs an overhaul, we don't need Joe to start sucking, too........not that he really did..2nd base was conveniently placed on that hit up the middle

I'm surprised the Twins haven't yet gone after (that we know of) a middle infielder who can hit above the Mendoza line and a couple solid relievers........tho maybe Perkins can reluctantly go to the pen when Slowey comes back or, for the stretch run anyway, Swarzak. With all the pitching they've drafted/traded for the last few years you'd think that pen would be much stronger.....

The blogs a couple weeks ago said that the Twins and Pirates were talking about Freddie Sanchez, Jack Wilson, Matt Capps, and Grabow but the talks broke down at least on the SANFR front. Bad news for us Twins fans but worse for Pirates fans since based on that you can expect the liquidation of the talented Pirates players to continue.

And as I typed the above statement I see they're also now interested in Orlando Cabrera and Michael Wuertz. Wuertz would fit in great for the pen, CABOR we can do without.
