Jose Canseco...
...MMA fighter? Is he serious? This has to be a joke. Yeah, granted he's 6'4" and 260 pounds, but he's fighting a guy who is 7'2" and 330 pounds. Canseco will fight Hong-Man Choi at DREAM 9 on May 26 in Japan. Canseco was quoted, "I have no idea if I can do it, it's a tough sport."
In his defense, this isn't his first fight. His last opponent was Danny Bonaduce, whom Canseco boxed in an exhibition bout in January to a majority draw. Canseco last year was knocked out in a boxing bout against former NFL player Vai Sikahema. Canseco vs. Choi is one of four matches in DREAM's "Super Hulk Tournament" organized to boost television ratings. I see Canseco getting whooped in 2:00 into round 1. What do you guys think? www.mmafighting.com |

LAME. He got in a few good punches, but spent most of the fight running. Before "injuring" his knee. Bleh.
Here's video for anyone who wants to watch the fight: http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/the...as_youd_expect |
