Default Jfcl '13 Ncaa Pick-em

My apologies for the lateness.

I have implemented the 'mulligan' option again for the latecomers.

mulligan option.

In a 14 week schedule....12 count!

week one is now done (save a Monday game) but starting late is not a problem with the setting adjustment.
Start now and you still have a mully in hand.
After the second week...you will still have lost minimal ground, but will need to be good all year!
