Without checking it right now, I believe it was is the same port that shed the PGA yesterday, and all of their NHL yesterday. Regardless, I believe he/she is doing it because they are "done" playing.

Default Hummm......

Will this person also be allowed to reclaim his/her port when/if he or she demands to return?? It would seem that a precident has been set and just taking a wild shot in the dark, but I would be willing to wager this person had a bit less bagage than some other unnamed person of whom I will not mention.

so if they are done playing...why bother? what is the point in selling? its not like they can "cash out".

No instead they hurt every other player in the game. (yes i know, its not as bad as it used to be because we are on a per trans moo rather than per share moo....imagine the upheaval if it were like it used to be!)

So, answer me this. A poor soul sells all of their sports cards, valued high. Then, they turn around and buy somebody else's cards. They should not be allowed to do that?

OK, maybe not the best example, but are you getting my drift. Why do I have a right to tell two other members what they can and cannot do?

Plus, do not [even for a millisecond] think that just because somebody has spent money to obtain a portfolio, that they will receive special treatment. All of the previous actions will be taken into account when reprimanding members; regardless of username.

I'm sure we can all figure it out when there is a delta that shows everyone moving several hundred million up or down and one that didn't move at all.

I can understand the why.. sometimes, with addictions, you need to "break" away from it.. if you just walk away.. you can (or "have" to) walk back next week, next month, next quarter.. sell all you splits? then you've really made the break.

NO ONE was hurt by this selling. This seller (and no, I don't know who, but I suspect) was a class act.. they know and used a method which sells ALL 1 million shares in one transaction (rather than 10) which means a whopping anti-moo of neg 4/100ths of 1%. Negligible.

Anyone else want to sell with class?

Just substitute the PlayerID with the actual ID.

That analogy is irrelevant and your attitude is not exactly the most "customer centric" that I have ever encountered. Sometimes it is wiser to just let us complain.. and for you not to speak of things you know diddly about..
Who are these "members" that you can't tell what to do??? One who has left -- how is he a member now? How do you reward his "loyalty"?
And the other who has screwed us with the selling of not one but two megaports and mega antimoo??????
You and O had the ability to stop it then and stop it now.. you chose not to with no clear reason, which is your prerogative.. but don't come on here talking down to ACTUAL members

Can't you just tell the admin, "Hey, i dont want to play anymore. delete my account". Its not like you are selling to make more shares available. Because now by selling and keeping the account open, the "addiction" will still be there to come back.

I dont care who it is, it just seems pointless.

I dont understand what the big fuss is about. Anyone that is on the front 4 pages should have all the NBA splits to this point anyway. So with this sell off no one will lose any ground. So you lose in TV. Big Freaking Whoopie. Like we dont have a luxury in our Billions. And from what I can tell. If the player decides to come back. They should have plenty of COH to buy them back. So.... can we move on now.

Thats not the point.

The point is this: if this would have been troy doing the selling, you all would have been all over his a$$. Even if it was done "classy". You would have ROASTED him.
