I promise you I've not forgotten this, it's just been a weird month or so.
Late June I had my fall, no concussion diagnosed but strained rotator cuff and did my neck no favors. For a couple weeks every weekday was either pretzel time at the chiropractor or PT at the clinic. I 'graduated' from PT and am down to 1 chiro adjustment/week for another couple weeks......but also had my brother and his family from Hawaii here for the last couple weeks and spent most evenings out there with slow/spotty internet. Thought I might get to these IPOs this week, but had to go back out to the lake to take care of a couple things brother didn't get to before flying home. Anyway, have no real plans but to stay home most of this weekend, so will try to get to these and some baseball IPOs (anyone got suggestions there?)

Find us on  for updates, including site issues. Also now on Reddit, not that I'm sure what we're doing there yet.Don't piss off old people- the older we get, the less life in prison is a deterrent. I'm pretty confident my last words will be 'well crap, that didn't work'. Of all the things I've lost over the years, I think I miss my metabolism most of all. Nachos are just tacos that don't have their s_it together. I'm not adding this year to my age because I really didn't use it. Ever notice that extra fries and exercise sound a lot alike?
