no....no spoon. But how can you NOT love a guy that takes his SB tickets...walks up to two total strangers mid-round(A father and his son) and hand them your tickets.

Phil

LOL he has 2 Masters now so that is a moot point. Yeah Rich I saw that and was a little disappointed the father and son weren't a bit more jubilant. Market value on those tickets were about $10,000. At least smile or act excited. Thought he was going to win but he missed a few putts and the one on 18 I knew was for the win. Homes was a trainwreck but then in the extra hole seemed confident.

I think that father and son were just a bit overwhelmed and in a state of shock to act more jubilant.

As far as Phil losing that tournament...he didn't. J.B. won that tournament. If J.B. hadnit hiccupped on a couple of holes down the stretch Phil wouldn't have even made the playoff. Holmes stepped it up on 18, making a difficult putt to tie...then a real nice putt to win on the 1st sudden death hole.

I heard them say he played since the 3rd grade. As far as Phil he missed a few putts. JB opened the door by choking down the stretch but you're right he did sack up on #18 TWICE!
