ten rounds is much deeper than I thought it would go.

so McGregor was leading on the scorecards when he was TKOd?
...which then, of course, raises the question (for those who didn't actually see it at least)....SHOULD it have been stopped when it was?

I watched it...every second of it.

A few observations

1. The judge that gave McGregor the first three rounds.....was the ONLY judge to get it right. I'll bet anything that when y'all get to see it you'll agree. Also...at best the 4th round was a draw.

2. If you're a ref and it's as big a deal as this was...you NEVER stop a fight unless the loser goes down to the canvas. It was and IMO should not have been stopped

3. they were both warriors and it was a great fight to watch

4.McGregor took most of Mayweather's hardest punches and came back for more.

5. They showed incredibly mutual respect for each other after the fight.

Look again. Two judges had him winning only 1 round, other judge 1st three rounds.

Me too, but Mayweather isn't 50-0 for nothing. Just guessing that he thought McGregor would tire never going over 25 minutes before.

100% agree....and that (in the post fight interview) was the plan from the start
