The government just keeps finding new ways to astonish me in how incompetent they are fighting the "war on terror".

I'm sorry, but President Bush has to put his trust into certain people and if they cannot carry out their delagated position, it isn't exactly his fault. He merely overseas what happens; he doesn't directly appoint EVERY person involved within the government.

No, its not his fault if he hires qualified people. But it is his fault when the person he hired turns out to incompetent and does nothing about it.

Reported by the same organization that published the fact that the US has undertaken clandestine ops in Iran claiming that since the gov't didn't object, it must be okay to go with it despite the well known fact that the gov't has a long standing policy to NOT comment one way or another on clandestine ops.
