Just testing a few things out re: revenue. The current company we are using for this ad technology doesn't have a very good base for sports-related advertising.

Not sure if we will continue the keyword underlining, but we'll probably give it a few more days before we decide.

I thought they'd be a little less obtrusive than banner advertisements.

Like I said before, we're just in test mode right now.

Who all has experienced the full-page advertisements and are those too much of a pain in the butt?

just because I obviously have a vested interest....without getting into actual amounts, compare the revenue for those full page ads (which I ran into last night and run into on many other sites) to a normal banner ad

...and, is it a max once per login one could run into it?

One per 24 hours.

Potential revenue is approximately 250x better, but we need more traffic to realize that

they are a pain (full page hate em with a passion) but if they really are limited to once a day it's a pain that can be tolerated especially given the benefits

Well, like I've said it is just a test run right now. And it is only limited the forums; we'll never have full-page ads within the game.

I've noticed a page load issue with these ads. I have disabled them for the time being.
