Comments on my forum changes?
we got tired of looking, and not finding, a new template to put in (since realizing most of us don't really like green).....so I just made changes, one by one, on our existing one....
not saying it's exactly like I want.....but are there comments/suggestions? colors you don't like, etc? If you're not sure what I mean, I'm assuming you're still on the Christmas template or something...

not sure I like the baseball diamond marking unread posts.....I feel it needs to be something else wioth more contrast so it stands out more. The baseball diamond kind of blends in too much. Other than that....I like the color combination.....alot.

I didn't realize the forums had been changed, Orren. I've been using the Christmas theme due to the problem with the baseball diamond that Rich mentioned. I do like the new colors, but I'll continue to use the Christmas one until the diamonds are replaced.

the changes were only made yesterday, Joe..
Rich, you do realize those diamonds have ALWAYS been there, yes? And Joe, my update of those diamonds didn't make enough difference? I simply wanted sports related icons there.......maybe a baseball for forums with no unread posts and a basketball for forums with unread posts? I dunno...

That's a little bizarre. This is my work PC.. I turn it on, go to the site, and I've got a combo of green and blue.. exit the browser, come back, same thing.. only when I hit the refresh button (as you suggested) do I get the all blue. Why the heck isn't a shutdown/startup the same as a refresh? Anyway, looks good..

dunno...might just take a few visits/refreshes to 'kill' the old images...colors should update easily, graphics might take longer.
and you're right smsab...I'm seein' the green you mention...I'll get that when I get home (along with a couple other greens I know are in some menu stuff, etc) not sure who caught yet that the background is hockey ice
