Default IS this the year for Tiger to start winning majors again?

Just for the record let me start with my feelings about Tiger.

1)Tiger playing great golf is good for all levels of golf.
2)I root for athletes and how they perform, not for what they do in their personal lives. So, I always have and will continue to root for Tiger.
3)I root for records to be broken, so I want Tiger to break the records that he has been approaching.
Ok, that's out of the way.

Tiger wins this past week at Torrey Pines and looked good while doing it. Is it start of a memorable stretch of golf or Tiger just winning again on a course that he has had tremendous success? (8th win at Torrey)
I really thought that last year Tiger was going to win a major again and get back on track of chasing Jack Nicklaus's 18 major wins. But, it was just more of Tiger being inconsistent week in and week out, thrown in with a win here and there.
Is this the year or will it never happen again?
I have not been able to watch any golf this year so far so I'm not seeing how his game is progressing. How does the game look?

edit: Orren or Nick, fix my title. lol brain cramp

Im in a wait and see mode. Torrey Pines has always been a course where Tiger has done good/exceptional/great. Let see how he does on a course thats out of his comfort range.

As most pro's, Tiger will rarely play any of those courses
