Default WGC/Mayakoba Classic

This week there are two tournaments...but the Mayakoba is the ONLY one that counts. The WGC event is a Match play tournament and they do not count here...for those that do not know why....match play is an event that many rounds are not completed and many holes are not "holed out".

The Mayakoba is not a "full points" event for the Fed-Ex cup. Johnson Wagner is the defending champ and after looking at the weak field, he could easily defend successfully. The top players in the world are all going to the WGC and that leaves a limited field for Mayakoba. You'll see many "seniors" and struggling players. I expect the scores to be low....we'll see

The field:

Robert Allenby
Stephen Ames
Woody Austin
Briny Baird
Rich Beem
Chad Campbell
Daniel Chopra
Ben Curtis
Joe Durant
David Duval
Steve Flesch
Harrison Frazar
Fred Funk
Brian Gay
Jason Gore
Todd Hamilton
J.J. Henry
Mark Hensby
Tim Herron
Charley Hoffman
Charles Howell III
Lee Janzen
Brandt Jobe
Jerry Kelly
Tom Lehman
Spencer Levin
Frank Lickliter II
Peter Lonard
Billy Mayfair
Scott McCarron
John Merrick
Shaun Micheel
Joe Ogilvie
Jose Maria Olazabal
Greg Owen
Tim Petrovic
Brett Quigley
Chris Riley
Rory Sabbatini
Heath Slocum
Paul Stankowski
Vaughn Taylor
Kirk Triplett
Jhonattan Vegas
Johnson Wagner
Boo Weekley
Mike Weir
Brett Wetterich

Don't piss off old people- the older we get, the less life in prison is a deterrent.
I'm pretty confident my last words will be 'well crap, that didn't work'.
Of all the things I've lost over the years, I think I miss my metabolism most of all.
Nachos are just tacos that don't have their s_it together.
I'm not adding this year to my age because I really didn't use it.
Ever notice that extra fries and exercise sound a lot alike?
