Default Excuse me for harping on the same ole thing

I know I run the risk of getting bad sport points or whatever new bulls%#t thing we have to worry about in this game...it's all about being PC with this bunch ( kind of not what you know but who you know) know what I mean?

F1 starts today,NHRA has already started Indy cars start next week I think
and here we are worried about a lot of little things instead of bringing in new sports to attract and keep new members.

NBA is over for most of us....NHL stillgoing a little...can't wait for baseball ( it's the cubs year I know it )

Please I once agian beg you ADD!!!! NEW SPORTS !!!! PLEASE!!!!!

Other than that I wish you all well ( Go Jeff 24 and Jimmie 48) BOO Stewart

Keep up with that "who you know" bullshiznit...you're getting nowhere fast. Guess you're not able to read much here eh Davey?LOTS to do......and little time to do it.Don't take it so personal that new racing sports aren't added yet. You're really wearing htis out quick though....I'll def give you credit for that.

Hey bro I feel u. I wanted NCAA Basketball and Football. But NHRA? You gotta ask yourslef are there stats? Is it ever televised nationally? You'd open the door for LPGA and WNBA next. Noone wants to buy that. Interest in NHRA and Indy just isnt there. Many may not even understand it. Let me ask you this: Which lasts longer a night at the drag races, Indy race, or CUbs playoff hopes? LOL J/K I like Cubs this year if they get anything from Prior and Wood can do well in the bully.

I can just about guarantee that more here would want LPGA then would want any or the other racing sectors.

Other then College BB and Football, I wouldn't want any other sport added.

LPGA and WNBA are token sports in the real world. No guy cares other then being able to look at some pretty ladies and then cringe when they see the rest. Every thread about adding ladies sports has to include a comment about Natalie Gulbis. Enough said.

As for NHRA and the other racing sport you mentioned, are they really sports? Everytime you have brought this up I look in my paper to see if its covered and its never ever there. I live in NY/NJ area. The biggest media market in the world, and those sports aren't covered. O and company have enough on their plate then to worry about fake sports and appeasing 1 person.

If a game is played and nobody is there to watch it, does it really matter.

Have to disagree Aaron...any man that plays golf can easily identitfy with the game being played at the LPGA level. The game being played at the PGA level is SO far an away better then what any of us play. By that I'm talking about distances each club goes....swing speeds...etc. Because of that, I'll stand by my comment above re: a majority WOULD prefer the LPGA....there are some fine looking young ladies on that tour but the majority of them are not.

apparently or curling and tennis wouldn't be olympic events.

add to that the fact that bowling and poker have professional leagues now so i guess in short the answer to your question has to be yes.

I think your misunderstanding my point.

I play plenty of golf. I understand that I am nowhere near the level of PGA or even LPGA. Those ladies would kick my --- all over the course. But I also don't have a caddy that goes and walks the course for me, makes notes on tight turns and things of that nature. I also have a real job that limits by practice time. So yes they are talented, but this discussion is about watchability and coverage. I don't think any self respecting PGA fan will turn off the Masters to check out whats going on in the LPGA. (I know watchability isn't a real word but it fits)

Bottom line is nobody really cares who wins in LPGA or WNBA. Except other women, young girls or the diehard Golf or Basketball fans.

I see those ads with LPGA or WNBA ads all over the place. I drove past 3 billboards the other day with Anika Sorenstam smiling back at me. I cant even open a sports magazine without seeing ads with LPGA or WNBA girls being shoved in my face. These sponsors you talk about are really going the extra mile to market these players and leagues.
