Making a case for most dominant?
I'd say three world records in three days might just support a case for Phelps being the most dominant athlete in his sport.
Unfortunately given the culture of sports and scandal these days I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before someone accuses him of being juiced. I'm guessing though testing is done regularly in swimming and as far as I know no allegations have been presented thus far.
