Congrats to Maine
 Maine is the first state to pass a net neutrality law. Why its not a federal thing yet, Im not sure why. Oh wait yeah I do. Big telecommunication calls its "deregulation" as oppossed to "lining their pockets" when they talk about it to Congress. Story
