I don't see a reason not to put water guy in one of the leagues. All leagues have 10 teams and as it now stands there are 9 in each with a dummy. All this would do is possibly elimanate a dummy team.

first regular season game is less than a week away (october 1st) and my division is missing quite a few teams as well
NHL # 1 IN : cmcjr99 bballers parrotheaddduff chinmusicexpress lepconn oldstewball NOT IN : badgers_fan 5times1 ldzppln i'm thinking we need to have the drafts set to ready no later than tuesday afternoon - and ideally monday night....
