The Open
The oldest championship (1860)at the oldest course...St. Andrews. The purests absolutely LOVE this place. The last 2 times time it was held here (2005 & 2000) Tiger was the winner. The time before that DJOHN won.
CINST is the defending champion (won 1.23 million and that amount is up a bit this year) and some of you may remember that phenominal run by Watson...only to run out of gas and lose it in a playoff. (that 1st putt by him on the 18th in regulation was pitiful).
