OK so he is a jackass but....
should he really be prosecuted for verifying it?
I mean there's no arguing that this guy is a moron and I'd hardly shed a tear if he ran into one of his "heroes" at school one day (as long as he is the only one to run into said hero) but still this is the United States and he didn't actually threaten anyone so I'm not sure criminal proceedings are in order.

People have to learn when it is OK to make comments and when it isn't.
No, he shouldn't be disciplined by the law; however, I hope he gets suspended [without pay]. I would not want my kids going to school and being taught by somebody who thinks it is funny to make a mockery of Columbine. Nick |
