Not exactly a "quicker" buy option, but one I have found to be mildly tolerable:
Go to Market2. Sort by % change. Select all players (up to 30) on page 1 that you want to buy (select, not "buy max") Then click the BUY button at the top of the page. Buys will execute slowly, but you can leave your keyboard for about 10 minutes and then return. Repeat for Page 2 and/or other sports. The entire process takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes a night, depending on how many potential buys there are and in how many sports, but at least you can do other things in the 10-minute intervals when you are waiting. Of course, if you wake up in the morning to discover new buys then that definitely puts a damper on breakfast.
