Jon Bostic fined for hit

Not quite sure even the NFL league office knows what they want anymore. Dustin Keller loses his season on a low hit...the NFL prefers low over high. Now Bostic makes a seemingly clean (not penalized anyway) hit....and gets a $21,000 fine.
