The Barclays
The playoffs kick off this week. The top 125 golfers in the points standings are off to New York to try to win a title. After that the top 100 go to Boston, the top 70 to the BMW, and the top 30 make it to the Tour Championship in Atlanta.
As for the tournament itself, this was traditionally held at Westchester, but a few years ago they made the decision to rotate this tournament among the NYC area course. This year its at the Bethpage Black Course, a course that has hosted a couple of US Opens. While its not quite Open conditions, I wouldnt expect to see too many good scores.
