Ok....football season is officially started....and the first MNF games (double dose for week 1!) is Monday night, Sept 8.
That means it's time to start our official MNF contest!
We'll try a couple twists this year....or more like additions...and I could be persuaded to add in more as the year goes on.
1st the basic rules:
Predict the score of the game....the one closest to the ACTUAL score wins 100k for their TV port.
Tiebreaker: Predict the horse trailer player of the game
So each entry (for easier scoring) should be in this format
<visiting team> score
<home team> score
Player of the game
Including a team logo, etc, is fine...but please use that basic format
A couple additions this year:
1.) Each week we'll put an additional 100k into a 'jackpot'....anyone predicting the EXACT score wins the pot...the pot increasing 100k each week it isn't won
2.) An additional jackpot of $1mil will be set aside for the member who wins the weekly contest the most during the course of the season
While this contest will be primarily for Monday Night Football, we'll likely include other games later in the season (i.e. Saturday night games) at admin's discretion and preannounced.
