2nd Amendment under review
Should be an interesting week that will clarify one of the oldest debates about the wording in the bill of rights. That being does the second amendment guarantee individuals the right to own arms or does it in fact guarantee the right to form and organize state militias? Even more importantly, does the current make up of the SCOTUS have the fortitude to make a substantial judgment?
